Crafyne is a small studio of engineers and designers building products that feel right. We partner with founders and ops teams to ship measurable, lovable software — fast.
We don’t hand projects to juniors when you’re not looking. Every engagement runs with a senior pair: someone who designs, someone who ships.
Marketing sites, dashboards, internal tools — built fast, typed end-to-end, and easy to hand off.
Native-feel iOS and Android from one team. We sweat the small details: gestures, haptics, offline.
Pragmatic AI features that earn their keep. We pick the smallest model that solves the job and ship it.
From the first sketch to a system that scales. Research, IA, interaction, motion — design that ships.
We work alongside in-house teams on long horizons — modernization, internal tools, platform work.
We start with a 90-minute working session — your goals, constraints, the messy real version. No deck.
A two-week sprint to pressure-test the idea. Sketches, prototypes, and a written scope you can sign off on.
Weekly demos, every Thursday. You ship to staging at end of week one. You ship to users by month two.
We don't disappear at launch. We measure, iterate, and hand off cleanly when you're ready.

We keep the studio small on purpose. Every project is run by a senior pair and supported by the whole team in weekly critique.

We came to Crafyne with a half-finished idea and a tight deadline. Within three weeks, they shipped a working MVP that actually fit how our outlets operate — not some generic template. What impressed me most wasn't just the code quality, but how Aris pushed back on features we didn't really need. That saved us months of rework. The product feels calm and considered, just like working with their team.
Hiring Crafyne was the best decision we made this year. We'd been burned twice before by agencies that overpromised and disappeared after launch. Crafyne is different — they treat your product like it's their own. The architecture they set up for us on Cloudflare scaled seamlessly from 50 to 4,000 active users without a single migration headache. Communication is clear, the design taste is genuinely good, and they ship when they say they'll ship.
Fixed, per-project pricing — you know the number before we start. Add optional monthly care only if you need it. We’ll quote firmly after the first session.
One clear problem, shipped. Perfect for a prototype, a single feature, or unblocking a stalled build.
Our core engagement. A senior pair takes your product from blank repo to a launched, maintainable codebase.
For ambitious, multi-phase products. A dedicated senior team, scoped phase by phase, taking you from architecture to scale.
Optional. Keep your product secure, monitored, and online after launch — no big retainer.
Don’t see your question? Email contact@crafyne.comand you’ll get a real answer from a real person.
If you have at least two weeks of work and a real decision-maker on the project, we'll talk. We've taken on focused sprints as small as $12.5k.
Rarely, and only when we'd want to use the product ourselves. We'll usually suggest a smaller paid scope first so both sides can find out if we work well together.
Our core team is in Jakarta with a few collaborators in Singapore and Lisbon. We overlap with most timezones for at least four hours a day.
You do, on payment of the final invoice. Source files, design files, prototypes — all yours. We keep the right to talk about the work publicly unless you ask us not to.
Yes — about half of our engagements are mixed. We'll embed in your Linear, Slack, and standup, and review PRs from your team if helpful.
Every project is anchored by one principal-level engineer and one design director or staff designer. They make the calls and write most of the code. No project is run by a junior solo.
Tell us about the project. We reply within one working day with honest first impressions — and whether we're the right team.
